FAQ About Membership

How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your membership at any time without notice by calling us or letting us know in salon. Once you have canceled your subscription your benefits will stop straight away, however your credit will last for 2 months.

What happens if my direct debit fails? If your payment declines, we will try to debit your card a maximum of 3 times before automatically canceling your subscription. You will receive a notification by text message when it declines. If declined on the third attempt, then you will need to contact us to resume your membership. Your credit will expire if your membership has been inactive for 2 months.

How do I freeze my account if needed? You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months at anytime and up to 8 times per year. You can also do this on the spot with no notice required by calling our support team or letting us know in-salon.
